Your First Visit
When you first contact our office over the phone, our team will ask about your needs and find the best date and time for your first Shine visit.
As soon as you and your child arrive on the day of your scheduled appointment, our friendly team will give you a complete tour of our office, including our full-sized arcade and vibrant treatment areas. Regardless of whether you scheduled a routine checkup and cleaning with one of our pediatric dentists or a consultation with our orthodontist, your visit will consist of plenty of face-to-face time with your expert and our team.
If we determine whether any follow-up appointments or treatments are necessary, our front desk staff will schedule those visits and provide you with any relevant cost estimates so you know what to expect financially.
